Life-skill-coach.com was created by me, Rebecca Morgan, out of a desire to build a website by myself, that is both educational and interactive, aimed at clients looking to make a difference in the world through personal growth.

As a psychotherapist, with over 25 years of experience, I was living my own transition away from the medical model of formal diagnosis toward the growing edge of life coaching. I viewed the internet as a forum to develop both personal and professional change for myself as well as others.

My solo attempt was with SBI, a website building platform which allowed me to learn an enormous amount about web design, but in the end proved to be more time consuming than I had expected. Employing www.highimpact.co.uk, helped push it forward with professional website developers familiar with the SBI product. Through SBI, I learned about how the internet, keyword focused marketing, and life coaching altogether can integrate into an area of professional development that www.life-skill-coach.com produced.

Life coaching can be for almost anyone who wants to make a change for the better.

With expertise as a traditionally trained psychotherapist, in my role as life coach, I help people realize previously unfulfilled dreams, even in the context of a struggle with mental health issues. Life-skill-coach specializes in movement forward following a traumatic life experience–meaning both Big “T” events as well as little “t’s”. As a psychotherapist, I have unique training for alleviating the negative effects of trauma, while assisting in the new growth and opportunities which may follow. These techniques can also be applied in a modified form to people seeking help outside of the mental health system.
